How to unlock a radio

Hi I recently bought a 2012 Nissan micra, the radio was locked due to incorrect code being entered . Nissan have given me the code after I showed my v5 , drivers licence etc. I have disconnected the battery then after 15 minutes reconnected but still can’t enter the code. Is this something your company can help with ? Many thanks
